She is the creator of Power Punch; a high energy, boxing inspired, group fitness class that has gained a tremendous following in South Florida due to its unique combination of body transforming results packed with extreme intensity and sweat soaked fun.

      Ingrid is certified in Cross Fit, Kettle Bells, Kangoo Boots, Sky Diving and has competed in NPC Body Building.  She is American Aerobic Association International (AAAI), International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA) and dotFIT Certified. She has completed a multitude of 5K and obstacle races, fought Golden Gloves in Madison Square Garden and holds a Brown Belt in Judo. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
